For Students New to Indiana University
To Apply:
- Complete the Application Form
- If you have not previously attended a college or university as a degree student, submit official copies of your high school transcript or GED scores.
- If you have previously attended college, ask the college(s) or university(ies) you attended to forward official transcripts to the address listed below.
- Pay Application Fee* of $55 (International $65). A check or money order made payable to Indiana University can be sent to the address below. *If you have paid the application fee to IU at any time in the past, you will not need to pay the fee a second time.
For Current IUB Students or Students Enrolled at IUB within the last year

- If you have attended another university or college since you last attended IU, please send official transcripts to the address listed below.
- All students who have had a semester GPA of less than 2.0 will need to provide a written statement explaining what led to your academic difficulties that semester and what you have done since to improve your academics.
Applications are processed year-round. It typically takes 4-6 weeks from the time applications are received for them to be approved. Students should also be aware of financial aid deadlines.
