The enrollment fee is $1050, which includes all sessions, application fee, instructional materials, and the graduation dinner.
Complete the application form. Mail it, along with a $50 application fee (make check payable to Indiana University) Leadership Bloomington Monroe County, Indiana University, Fountain Square Mall, Suite 112, 101 W. Kirkwood Avenue, Bloomington, IN 47404. If you wish to pay your deposit online, please click here. Please note that if you pay online, you must still complete and submit an application. Download it here, complete it and mail or fax to the LBMC office. Payment of the $50 application fee alone is NOT considered a complete application to the program.
Your application must be received by September 15, 2008. We will notify you by e-mail after September 23, 2008 of your admission status.
The balance of $1000 is due upon acceptance to the program. Since the number of participants in the program is limited, applicants who are not selected are encouraged to reapply in subsequent years. If you are not selected for this year’s program, we will send you a full refund of your deposit.
Is tuition assistance available?
Several partial tuition awards are available to people who would not otherwise be able to participate in the program. Call the LBMC office at 855-6329 to request an application. Tuition requests are due with your application.
Programs of this type often qualify for fee reimbursement from employers. Check with your employer concerning partial or full reimbursement. Financial assistance may also be available from other community sources.
